The City, through a grant from the California Integrated Waste Management Board, has begun a new used motor oil recycling pilot program that provides local Do-It-Yourselfers with the ability to change their motor oil without crawling under the car. The new FREE motor oil change kit includes an electric pump, hose and oil recycling container that makes the oil change process cleaner, easier, quicker and more complete.

The City of Baldwin Park has a limited number of these new used oil recycling kits.

Training sessions for the new kits are now being scheduled. For more information or to register for an upcoming training session please call (562) 944-4766.
